Abstract
|
|
|
The authors report a case of ruptured aneurysm of the left external iliac artery which simulated psoas abscess.
The diseased segment of the external iliac artery inlcuding the aneurysmal sac was resected and replaced with a Teflon graft. The postoperative course had been uneventful up to the time of this report.
